TERMS & CONDITIONS
Service: Web Hosting
This agreement between 'White-Webs' and ‘The Purchaser’ requires payment of web-hosting to be made monthly in advance.
Payment can be made on-line by credit or debit card
1. Domain Names
Domain purchasing costs must be paid in advance, and once set up, will remain the property of the purchaser until the time allocated for renewal by Nominet
2. Returned Payments
A charge of £12 will be made for any returned payments. In addition, for accounts where replacement payment is not received within 7 days of the non-payment notification, web-hosting services will be withdrawn.
3.. Non-Payment
Where payment is not received within 7 days of the due date (30 days from activation of the hosting account), web-hosting services will be withdrawn and only re-instigated once a payment equivalent to 3 months web-hosting has been received by White-Webs4. Cancellation
This agreement can be cancelled by e-mail or in writing with 30 days notice. No refund can be made in respect of completed domain name purchases.Where customers have paid in advance for web-hosting, the service will cease 30 days after cancellation. A refund will be made equivalent to the pro-rata unused balance less a £10 administrative fee.
